- Accessed only through lawful, public sources
- No bypassing of authentication or safeguards

- Not re-published as raw data repositories
3.3 Derived, Aggregated, and Analytical Data
Includes:
- Structured datasets
- Comparative insights
- Pattern recognition outputs
- Predictive and probabilistic indicators
Handling principles:
- Derived data is non-reversible
- Abstracted away from raw customer inputs
- Used to power intelligence features
- Protected as Intelobrand intellectual property
4. DATA OWNERSHIP AND ROLES
- Customers act as data controllers for customer-provided data
- Intelobrand acts as a data processor for such data
- Intelobrand acts as a data controller for:
- Platform telemetry
- Derived analytical datasets
- System performance and security logs
Derived insights do not allow reconstruction of underlying customer data.
5. ACCESS CONTROL AND IDENTITY MANAGEMENT
Intelobrand enforces strict identity and access management practices:
- Role-based access control (RBAC)
- Least-privilege access by default
- Logical data isolation between customer environments
- Controlled administrative access
- Periodic access reviews
Internal access is granted only when required for operational or support purposes.

- Customer-specific data is not exposed to other customers

Customer data is not used to train generalized models in a manner that compromises confidentiality.
10. DATA RETENTION, ARCHIVAL, AND DELETION
Data is retained:
- For the duration of active customer engagement
- As required to deliver contracted services

Upon termination:
- Data deletion, archival, or anonymization follows contractual terms
