Intelobrand (“Intelobrand”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all data processed through the Intelobrand platform.

This Data Protection page describes the technical, organizational, and governance measures implemented to safeguard customer data, platform data, and derived intelligence outputs. It should be read alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. DATA PROTECTION OBJECTIVE

Intelobrand is designed as a read-only, intelligence and decision-support platform.
Our data protection objective is to ensure that:

  • Customer data is used only for intended analytical purposes
  • No customer data is exposed across accounts
  • No consumer personal data is collected or processed
  • AI and analytics operate in a controlled, auditable, and explainable manner
  • Platform access and usage remain secure at all times

2. DATA PROTECTION GOVERNANCE MODEL

Intelobrand follows a layered governance approach:

  • Policy layer — Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Data Protection commitments
  • Operational layer — Access controls, security procedures, audit practices
  • Technical layer — Encryption, isolation, monitoring, system architecture

Responsibility for data protection is embedded across product, engineering, and operations functions.

3. DATA CLASSIFICATION AND HANDLING

Intelobrand classifies and protects data across the following categories:

3.1 Customer-Provided Business Data

Includes:

  • Creative assets and messaging inputs
  • Campaign metadata and summaries
  • Platform configuration settings
  • Read-only integration data (where applicable)

Handling principles:

  • Customer retains ownership
  • Used only to deliver contracted services
  • Never shared across customers
  • Never resold or reused for unrelated purposes

3.2 Publicly Available Market Data

Includes:

  • Public advertisements and creatives
  • Public influencer and brand content
  • Public category and competitive signals

Handling principles:

  • Accessed only through lawful, public sources
  • No bypassing of authentication or safeguards
  • Stored and processed for analytical abstraction
  • Not re-published as raw data repositories

3.3 Derived, Aggregated, and Analytical Data

Includes:

  • Structured datasets
  • Comparative insights
  • Pattern recognition outputs
  • Predictive and probabilistic indicators

Handling principles:

  • Derived data is non-reversible
  • Abstracted away from raw customer inputs
  • Used to power intelligence features
  • Protected as Intelobrand intellectual property

4. DATA OWNERSHIP AND ROLES

  • Customers act as data controllers for customer-provided data
  • Intelobrand acts as a data processor for such data
  • Intelobrand acts as a data controller for:
    • Platform telemetry
    • Derived analytical datasets
    • System performance and security logs

Derived insights do not allow reconstruction of underlying customer data.

5. ACCESS CONTROL AND IDENTITY MANAGEMENT

Intelobrand enforces strict identity and access management practices:

  • Role-based access control (RBAC)
  • Least-privilege access by default
  • Logical data isolation between customer environments
  • Controlled administrative access
  • Periodic access reviews

Internal access is granted only when required for operational or support purposes.

6. TECHNICAL SECURITY MEASURES

6.1 Infrastructure Security

  • Secure cloud infrastructure
  • Network segmentation and firewalls
  • Continuous uptime and health monitoring
  • Secure configuration management

6.2 Data Encryption

  • Encryption at rest using industry-standard algorithms
  • Encryption in transit using secure protocols
  • Encrypted backups and storage systems

6.3 Monitoring and Logging

  • System and access logs maintained
  • Anomaly detection and alerting
  • Security events reviewed and acted upon
  • Logs protected against unauthorized access

7. ORGANIZATIONAL AND OPERATIONAL SAFEGUARDS

Intelobrand implements organizational controls including:

  • Confidentiality obligations for employees and contractors
  • Restricted onboarding for sensitive roles
  • Security awareness training
  • Clear separation of duties
  • Documented incident response processes

Access violations or policy breaches are investigated and remediated promptly.

8. DATA INGESTION AND INTEGRATIONS

  • All integrations are read-only
  • No modification of live ad or media accounts
  • No bid-level or transactional access
  • API access governed by permissions and platform policies

Intelobrand does not perform:

  • Media buying
  • Campaign execution
  • Consumer tracking
  • Cross-platform identity resolution

9. AI, MACHINE LEARNING, AND MODEL SAFEGUARDS

Intelobrand’s AI and analytics systems are designed with the following safeguards:

  • Models operate on structured abstractions, not raw personal data
  • Customer-specific data is not exposed to other customers
  • Models do not memorize or replay proprietary inputs
  • Outputs are probabilistic, not deterministic guarantees
  • Explainability and auditability are prioritized

Customer data is not used to train generalized models in a manner that compromises confidentiality.

10. DATA RETENTION, ARCHIVAL, AND DELETION

Data is retained:

  • For the duration of active customer engagement
  • As required to deliver contracted services
  • As required by law or regulation

Upon termination:

  • Data deletion, archival, or anonymization follows contractual terms
  • Backup retention follows secure, time-bound policies
  • Access to customer environments is revoked

11. INCIDENT RESPONSE AND BREACH MANAGEMENT

Intelobrand maintains a documented incident response framework covering:

  • Incident detection and classification
  • Containment and mitigation actions
  • Impact assessment
  • Customer notification (where applicable)
  • Corrective and preventive measures

In the event of a confirmed breach affecting customer data, Intelobrand will:

  • Notify affected customers without undue delay
  • Share relevant information and mitigation steps
  • Comply with applicable regulatory obligations

12. THIRD-PARTY PROCESSORS AND VENDORS

Intelobrand may engage third-party providers for:

  • Cloud hosting
  • Infrastructure management
  • Security and monitoring services

All vendors are:

  • Assessed for security posture
  • Bound by contractual confidentiality obligations
  • Restricted from independent data usage

13. REGULATORY AND COMPLIANCE ALIGNMENT

Intelobrand’s data protection practices are designed to align with:

  • Applicable Indian data protection laws
  • Global enterprise security expectations
  • Contractual obligations agreed with customers

Intelobrand does not position itself as a consumer data processor and avoids processing sensitive personal data categories.

14. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Customers are responsible for:

  • Lawful provision of data
  • Managing user access internally
  • Using insights responsibly
  • Complying with their own regulatory obligations

Intelobrand provides tools and safeguards but does not replace customer governance responsibilities.

15. CHANGES TO DATA PROTECTION PRACTICES

Intelobrand may update this Data Protection page as systems, regulations, or practices evolve.
Material changes will be communicated via the website or customer communication channels.
