Intelobrand is a marketing intelligence and decision-support platform designed to help brands, agencies, and marketing teams analyze creative execution, narratives, competitor activity, category behavior, and performance patterns.

Intelobrand provides analytical insights, recommendations, and predictive signals based on structured data analysis.
Intelobrand does not execute campaigns, place media, or guarantee marketing outcomes.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND AUTHORIZED USE

You may use the Services only if:

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You are authorized to act on behalf of your organization
  • You agree to use the Services solely for lawful business purposes

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive activities
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or replicate the platform
  • Access data belonging to other customers
  • Misrepresent Intelobrand insights as guarantees or financial forecasts

3. ACCOUNT ACCESS AND SECURITY

Access to the Services is provided on an invitation or contract basis.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • All activity conducted under your account
  • Ensuring users within your organization comply with these Terms

Intelobrand reserves the right to suspend access in case of misuse, security risk, or breach of these Terms.

4. DATA SOURCES AND DATA USAGE (IMPORTANT)

Intelobrand operates using three primary data sources:

4.1 Publicly Available Data

Intelobrand analyzes publicly available marketing and advertising content, including:

  • Advertisements visible in public ad libraries
  • Public influencer content
  • Public brand and competitor communications

Intelobrand does not bypass paywalls, authentication systems, or platform protections.

4.2 Client-Provided Data

Customers may choose to provide:

  • Creative assets
  • Campaign metadata
  • Performance summaries or reports
  • Read-only platform access (where applicable)

Client-provided data remains the property of the client.

4.3 Derived and Analytical Data

Intelobrand generates:

  • Structured datasets
  • Aggregated insights
  • Pattern analysis
  • Predictive signals and recommendations

These outputs are analytical interpretations, not raw data replicas.

5. READ-ONLY AND NON-INTRUSIVE ACCESS

Intelobrand:

  • Does not perform media buying or campaign execution
  • Does not modify live ad accounts
  • Does not access end-user personal data
  • Does not track individuals across platforms

All integrations, where applicable, are read-only and permission-based.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

6.1 Intelobrand IP

All platform software, models, methodologies, dashboards, engines, workflows, and documentation are the exclusive intellectual property of Intelobrand.

You may not:

  • Copy, resell, sublicense, or distribute Intelobrand IP
  • Use Intelobrand insights to build competing products
  • Expose proprietary platform logic publicly

6.2 Customer Content

You retain ownership of your content.
You grant Intelobrand a limited, non-exclusive license to process such content solely for providing the Services.

7. INSIGHTS, RECOMMENDATIONS, AND PREDICTIONS

Intelobrand provides decision-support intelligence, including:

  • Explanatory insights
  • Comparative analysis
  • Pattern recognition
  • Performance likelihood indicators

You acknowledge that:

  • Insights are probabilistic and contextual, not guarantees
  • Marketing outcomes depend on multiple external factors
  • Intelobrand does not guarantee ROI, performance, or business results

All decisions remain the responsibility of the customer.

8. CONFIDENTIALITY

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of:

  • Non-public business information
  • Platform outputs not intended for public disclosure
  • Customer-specific insights and data

Confidentiality obligations survive termination of access.

9. PAYMENT AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

Pricing is:

  • Customized based on scope and usage
  • Governed by a separate commercial agreement or order form

Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of access.

10. TERMINATION

Intelobrand may suspend or terminate access if:

  • These Terms are breached
  • Usage creates legal, security, or compliance risk
  • Required payments are not made

Upon termination:

  • Access to the Services ceases
  • Customer data is handled as per contractual terms
  • Confidentiality obligations continue

11. DISCLAIMERS

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

Intelobrand disclaims warranties including:

  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Accuracy of third-party data
  • Guaranteed completeness of market coverage

Intelobrand does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Intelobrand is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Liability is limited to fees paid during the preceding contract period

13. COMPLIANCE AND DATA PROTECTION

Intelobrand follows reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data.

14. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Courts located in Gurugram, Haryana (India) shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

15. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Intelobrand may update these Terms periodically.
Material changes will be communicated via the website or direct notification.

Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
